The Love International Film Festival Mons is a non-profit association (a.s.b.l) whose registered office is located at 12 Rue de Nimy – 7000 Mons, and which is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE) under number BE 0430.315.853

In case of complaints, questions, or issues regarding the purchase of Products, the Customer may contact the Love International Film Festival Mons via the contact email address provided on the Website.

Customer

A “Customer” is any individual or company that purchases Products for non-professional purposes via the Website.

By going through the sales process and placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have the necessary capacity to make this purchase or that they have at least the authorization of their guardian.

Product information

The Love International Film Festival Mons provides on its Website all information relating to Products, including prices in effect at the time of purchase, information relating to programming when purchasing Tickets, validity periods, and other usage conditions associated with the Products. The prices listed include all costs related to purchase, delivery, and use of the Products, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Website. Sales process

The Customer may purchase Products on the IMAGIX Website, where they must go through the various stages of the purchase process, including selecting the Products and desired quantity, completing the payment process, and providing the personal data required to receive the purchase confirmation and entry proof as well as for electronic delivery of the Products. Each step of the sales process is explained on the Website. The Customer has the opportunity to review and correct their order before proceeding to payment.

During the purchase, the Customer will have the opportunity to read these general terms and conditions of sale and the privacy policy. The purchase of Products implies acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy.

Payment

Products may be paid for using the online payment methods available on the IMAGIX Website. The reservation of a seat linked to a Ticket is only confirmed and becomes effective after actual payment of the price. The Customer is responsible for any fees charged by their financial institution for transferring the purchase amount to the Love International Film Festival Mons.

If the Customer purchases a product at a reduced rate as indicated on the Website, the Love International Film Festival Mons and the partner cinema IMAGIX reserve the right to request supporting documents to verify the Customer’s eligibility for the reduced rate.

All purchases are payable immediately. The Love International Film Festival Mons reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or irregularities. Purchased Products cannot be refunded, exchanged, traded, or resold, and they may not be used for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued. The Love International Film Festival Mons reserves the right to cancel a Product once it is established that it was purchased irregularly or fraudulently via a third party, without any obligation to compensate anyone.

Delivery

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Website, delivery of Products is always made electronically, for example by sending the purchase confirmation and entry proof to the email address provided by the Customer.

The Customer always receives an email with the confirmation of their purchase and a summary of the main purchase details. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep this email. If the Customer does not receive an email confirming the purchase of the ordered Products, they may contact the Love International Film Festival Mons at the address achatpass.festivaldemons@gmail.com.

The Ticket purchase confirmation contains an entry proof or a link to it. The printed and/or smartphone-displayed entry proof entitles the Customer to receive their cinema tickets at the control points of the cinema complex. If the Customer does not have a printer or smartphone, they may use the reservation code included in the purchase confirmation and entry proof and print their tickets at the self-service machines in the cinema complex.

The Festival PASS purchase confirmation contains one or more unique codes, each of which can be used later to obtain a Ticket once the Love International Film Festival box offices open, exclusively for Festival screenings. In the case of a Festival PASS, the Customer has a single unique code with which 10 Tickets can be obtained at once or over multiple uses.

Each entry proof, reservation code, and PASS code is unique. It cannot be modified or copied and can only be used once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The delivery of the Festival PASS purchased online is always made by email. The Customer is responsible for the validity of the email addresses they have chosen.

The Customer is responsible for the validity of the email address they have provided. They must ensure the proper functioning and security of the email system used to receive the Products. The risk of loss of electronically delivered Products passes to the Customer at the time the email is delivered to the Customer’s provider.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing Tickets and therefore reserving seats for a specific cinema screening or special event, or when purchasing a Festival PASS, the Customer does not have a right of cancellation. Tickets are also non-exchangeable.

Liability

The Love International Film Festival Mons guarantees that the Products have the characteristics described on the Website. When purchasing Tickets or using a PASS, seat availability for the selected screening is shown in real time on the IMAGIX Website. The Love International Film Festival Mons does not guarantee that the film schedule will remain unchanged for any given period.

Only in the case of technical issues on the Website resulting in the Customer not receiving the purchased Products at the provided email address will the Love International Film Festival Mons refund the purchased Products within a maximum period of 30 days.

The liability of the Love International Film Festival Mons is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased and paid Products, to the extent permitted by law. The Love International Film Festival Mons rejects any liability for indirect damages such as reputational harm, loss of customers, commercial and/or financial loss, loss of profit or revenue, or data loss.

The Customer is, for their part, responsible for any errors made during the purchasing process, such as entering an incorrect email address or incorrectly specifying the quantity or characteristics of the Products (e.g., film choice, screening location, screening time, or reserved seats). The Customer is also responsible for the use of the Products, including loss of Products, failure to use Tickets or Festival PASS within their validity period, allowing others to use the Products without the Customer’s consent, and any unlawful use of the Products.

Personal data

For processing and fulfilling the purchase, the Love International Film Festival Mons requires a set of personal data. The data collected during a purchase is processed and used in accordance with the Love International Film Festival Mons privacy policy, which the Customer can consult on the Website and which forms an integral part of any agreement with the Customer. The Customer is deemed to be aware of and to accept this privacy policy.
