Guru, a young man in his twenties, lives in the city of Agra and works in a call center. He’s madly in love with Mala, a colleague at work. But Guru lives with his parents. Their house is divided into two parts. Guru lives on the first floor with his mother, while his father lives upstairs with his mistress. Guru’s mother plans to convert the terrace into a dental clinic for Guru’s cousin Chaavi, prompting Guru to propose to Mala and build her bedroom on the terrace. Guru manages to get the whole family together to introduce them to Mala, but nothing goes according to plan.
